This is where you really start to think I'm from my own planet, otherwise known as Planet Jodie.
I have a spreadsheet of films to watch - this consists of films suggested from various forms known as "best ever", or "films to see before you die". It also included best films that were banned, best silent films and the worst films, and of course films I have heard of and wish to see for whatever reason.
I was relatively young when this list started; perhaps 15 or 16. Not entirely sure. I thought it would be fun to list the films I'm still to see, and will edit and score them out as I see them. I've just got 280 left to see out of a list of 742 - sometimes this grows due to new releases I want to see:

Thank you for reading - especially those that read from 1 to 249! I was going to give descriptions of each films but thought that might be too much. Besides I will review some along the way. I hope you enjoyed looking at my film bucket list - how many of these have you seen? If you've seen any of these, what are your thoughts?
I have seen just two films here #213 Predators (2010)and Cheap Thrills (2013)
ReplyDeleteCool 2 more than me!
DeleteThat's a lot of films. I've seen some of these. I own The Godfather trilogy, a lot feel the 3rd isn't up to par to the other two.
ReplyDeleteI just don't remember it. Definitely don't think the 2nd was as good as the 1st though
DeleteWow what a huge list of films, I've seen some of them but actually not many to be honest.
ReplyDeleteCool :) I'm getting there haha
DeleteI'll be honest, I haven't seen any of those films haha! Fantastic list!
ReplyDeleteHaha thank you
DeleteLots of films I've not seen! But I'd love to see the original Hairspray - I love the new one, mainly because Zac Efron is in it <3
ReplyDeleteYeah a lot of oldies! Not a fan of zac efron if I'm honest but actually enjoyed it :)
DeleteWow you definitely love your movies. Cool. Not seen many of these.
ReplyDeleteYeah haha hope you liked reading
DeleteI haven't seen most of these films, so I some catching up to do. I am not hugely in to films though.
ReplyDeleteYeah some are truly fantastic!
DeleteWow, now that's a list. I'll be honest, I think I've only heard of about 5% of them too x
ReplyDeleteYeah a lot of old ones. I think there is even a 90 year old film in there! Haha I'm such a geek 🤓
DeleteWow what a list I've hardly seen any of these films or even heard of some of them.
ReplyDeleteYeah it's got a bit obsessive haha
DeleteSome proper classics there! So how do you decide which ones go on your list? x
ReplyDeleteMixture of ones I've wanted to see at cinema, I've seen as best/worst films, recommended by friends etc
DeleteWow - this is so comprehensive! I love movies but only light hearted ones :)
ReplyDeleteAll depends on my mood
DeleteThis is a really long list. I've seen quite a few on there, but not all of them x
ReplyDeleteAny good ones?
DeleteWow that sure is a very long list of films! The Mask is incredible!
ReplyDeleteMight be the next to watch then :)
DeleteWoah, and I thought I was a film buff. I'm a mere dabbler compared to you! :-)
ReplyDeleteHaha wouldn't go that far! Might watch a lot but don't know much just enjoy them :)
DeleteWow this is one super long list, looks like your Christmas hols are planned with lots of tv. Some lovely suggestions on the list.
ReplyDeleteHaha it's always same on but hopefully get some DVDs!
DeleteWow that is such an incredible list, I've actually not seen a lot of them. I need to change these x
ReplyDeleteAww thanks! I have seen a lot of films but feel when people talk, there is so much I've not seen!
DeleteThat is some list and from that, I have seen 32 of those films, which is quite poor!
ReplyDeleteHaha better than some commenting! 😂 Any favourites from them?
DeleteSome great films on the list, my favourite out of them has to be Hairspray it is a brilliant film
ReplyDeleteNot seen the original!
Delete"If you build it, they will come...."one of our favourite films on you list. Can 't beat Field of Dreams!! Great list...but phew! there's a lot on there!
ReplyDeleteHaha surprised you read them! Long list. It was more of a challenge to see who will read! 😂 Will have to see that one next 😊
DeleteFrom your list I have seen the fifth element (1997) one and some others but only remakes than originals
ReplyDeleteYeah find it hard to get some of them! x
DeleteWhat a massive list! Loads of really great films on it though, so it'll be fun to watch them all. Good luck! :)
ReplyDeleteYeah feels more manageable now it's past the 300 mark but no doubt more will come with new releases like Girl on the train
DeleteI can't believe I haven't seen a single one of these movies!
ReplyDeleteWell I haven't lol and they're pretty old some are 90 years old! 😂
DeleteI have only seen 22 of these. My favourites are the Jurassic park and Terminator ones
ReplyDelete22 more than me! I thought I hated action but like men in black, xmen and transformers so might be the same!
DeleteThis is probably more films than I've watched in my life - I can't sit still that long haha! I admire your organisation though, gotta love a good spreadsheet :)
ReplyDeleteI do love films :) that's the best about things like Netflix or bingeing on a film series etc you can pause, stop and do stuff. I sometimes wake up and watch films in segments
DeleteGosh what a list! I have seen the Arnie films - Terminator and Predator series all of which are fab. Kaz x
ReplyDeleteSeen the first predator film recently so think I might like it :) x
DeleteOh god, if I made a list of all the films I need to watch it'd be about triple what yours is, I've literally watched no films haha! x
ReplyDeleteHaha I'm sure there is more than you think. I started off with 700 odd and funnily enough while doing, I surprised the ones I'd seen and been too young to remember or just were worth remembering lol not everyone's tastes are the same I guess...
DeleteWow this is a lot of films! I've seen some of them but still so many to see! x
ReplyDeleteHaha yeah I'm determined to do them all. On a positive note, it's made me more interested in a variety of genres that I didn't think I liked
DeleteWow really? A spreadsheet for movies - this is a well organised person! :))
ReplyDeleteHaha total film geek 🤓
DeleteOMGthat is a lot of films and I don't think I have seen most of them. That's going to take you ages!

DeleteOnly seen maybe 3 - I can't believe how super organised you are!
ReplyDeleteIt started off and paper and found it hard to keep track lol
DeleteWow! So many films and I've hardly seen any of them.
ReplyDeleteI was surprised when worked down the list the amount I'd seen already and didn't know by name or didn't remember etc
Delete
